My name is Madeline🫶🏽 I go by Maddie too and I’m a 24 year old nail artist who specializes in characters and portraits💕 I offer regular nail designs as well it’s completely up to the client and what they wish💓 I still require communication through DMs immediately after booking on the site for the inspo pic and the final price for the service. If I send you my number for the deposit I would still like to communicate back through DMs. I prefer it this way so I can see who I am talking to for safety reasons, and to keep all client messages in one place🤍 If need be I will give my personal phone # to those who do not have social media anymore. I no longer offer freestyles so the design must be sent in the day of booking.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
The design and length you want must be sent to me right after making a request on my site so that I can calculate my timing and schedule you accordingly. If you are not ready with the design I will decline the request until you are🤍
(Failure to send one after I confirm the appt, you forfeit your choice and the design will be chosen by me, it will be on the more basic side so I can ensure myself not to be late to the following appt)
Once you send in an inspo, it’s reserving a certain amount of time. Any last minute changes must be approved by me, if I feel like it will affect my time we will keep to the original.
I book appts back to back so timing is very crucial. Please let me know if you have a gel mani or stubborn acrylic that won’t come off. If you book anything other than a refill I will expect you to have your nails completely bare🤍
(Please communicate with me first before sending the deposit so that we can both agree on all the details like the final pricing for example)$30 non refundable deposit is required after booking in order for me to approve it, payments are accepted through (Zelle, Applepay or Chime). You can pay the day of the appt that way as well or with cash. It does go towards the final cost.
Any cancellations/ rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appt the deposit will be transferred to a new appt for the first time. If you have to cancel/reschedule a second time transferring will not be an option and deposit will be kept. I do not charge cancellation fees.
After 10 min of being late a $5 fee will be applied, after 15 min the appt is officially cancelled and the deposit will NOT be transferred. If you try to reschedule last minute the deposit will NOT be transferred.
Deposits will be refunded only in the case there was a scheduling or personal issue on my end.
No extra guests, there is no seating for other guests at this time.
Please confirm the night before and notify when you are on the way so I can give you a heads up if anything should come up.
No soak-off for another techs work only to mine. I will make exceptions if it’s from a personal tech but if it’s a traditional salon I will not soak.
I can refill someone else’s work but it will be charged as a full set since it wasn’t my own.
4 weeks is my cutoff for a fill. This means I can refill the nails after 4 weeks but it will be charged as a full set automatically. The only time a fill we be charged cheaper is when I’m just filling in the cuticle area or painting it solid color. If I’m redesigning it takes about the same time as a full set so it will be charged the same or even more depending on the new design.
Please do not feel pressured to tip, It is never expected but always appreciated🫶🏽
