Make a request on my site and then write to me first with a message that tells me your desired length and design, that way I can calculate my timing and schedule you accordingly. If you are not ready with the design I will decline the request until you are or the slot will expire on its own 🩶 (Failure to send one after I confirm the appt, you forfeit your choice and the design will be chosen by me, it will be on the more basic side so I can ensure myself not to be late to the following appt) Once you send in an inspo, it’s reserving a certain amount of time. Any last minute changes must be approved by me, if I feel like it will affect my time we will keep to the original. I book appts back to back so timing is very crucial. Please let me know if you have a gel mani or stubborn acrylic that won’t come off. If you book anything other than a refill I will expect you to have your nails completely bare🤍 (Please communicate with me first before sending the deposit so that we can both agree on all the details like the final pricing for example)$30 non refundable deposit is required after booking in order for me to approve it, payments are accepted through (Zelle, Applepay or Chime). You can pay the day of the appt that way as well or with cash. It does go towards the final cost. Any cancellations/ rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appt the deposit will be transferred to a new appt for the first time. If you have to cancel/reschedule a second time for the same appt transferring will not be an option and deposit will be kept. If you try to reschedule the day of your appt the deposit will not transfer as that is after 24 hours. I do not charge a fixed late fee Appointments begin at the scheduled start time. If your appointment is set for 10:00 AM and you arrive at 10:40 AM, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Being late may reduce the amount of work or designs I can complete, but the service price remains the same. If you would like me to go over the time limit it will be bumped into the next tier of pricing. If you arrive right on time or I am running behind your time does not begin until I start your nails you will always receive your full appointment time in that case. (I will show you when I start the timer🩶) Deposits will be refunded only in the case there was a scheduling or personal issue on my end. No extra guests, there is no seating for other guests at this time. Please confirm the night before and notify when you are on the way so I can give you a heads up if anything should come up. I can refill and soak off another techs work, just let me know if it was previously done by a private nail tech or a traditional salon💕 The only time a refill has the possibility of being cheaper is when I’m just filling in the cuticle area or painting it solid color. If I’m redesigning it takes about the same time as a full set or longer so it will be charged the same or even more depending on the new design. Please do not feel pressured to tip, It is never expected but always appreciated🫶🏽 My policies are not up for interpretation.
